Such an image was uploaded with the same filename. It seems to take MediaWiki as much as 48 hours day before the updated image propagates through the internal indexing system. (New images with different filenames & paths give nearly instant access.). Will upload again. Please give it a day before undoing my redo.
I am currently expanding the text too. I'll post an interim now so we don't step on each other's editing sessions.
