:: I've moved your edit around a little bit( as well as adding it to windows entry on the download page) as the issue you describe only happens if you are a Windows user and then only if you the Gramps AIO (All in one) installer. All other operating systems install all languages by defaults, I'd have hoped by now this choice by the creator of the package would have been reversed by now!.
