The files [[File:Gramps_animal_2_2_6.po.gz]] (for Gramps v2.2.6last updated 2007-03-05) and [[File:Gramps_animal_3_1_3.po.gz]] (for Gramps v3.1.3last updated 2009-11-10) are English sub-translations that makes using Gramps far more intuitive when dealing with animals.
