Hi!
I noticed the line
font: x-small sans-serif;
you [https://www.gramps-project.org/wiki/index.php?title=MediaWiki:Common.css&diff=537&oldid=438 added] to [[MediaWiki:Common.css]] is making the font-size to be too small (8px) on [https://www.gramps-project.org/wiki/index.php?useskin=vector&debug=1 vector skin]. Could you move that declaration to [[MediaWiki:Monobook.css]]?
Also, the logo is not in the correct place in the vector skin, so it will be necessary to adjust its position by using the skin specific CSS instead of the common one.
