From the Dashboard use the {{man menu|Add a gramplet}} menu and select the {{man label|Collections Clipboard}} Gramplet. You can select multiple items from any of the Category list views and drag and drop them onto the {{man label|Collections Clipboard }} Gramplet.
To delete entries, select them and press the {{man button|Delete}} key.
