Reportar bugs

La forma recomendada de reportar un bug es utilizar la herramienta de [seguimiento de bugs en http://bugs.gramps-project.org GRAMPS Bug Tracker], vea How to report bugs. Este sistema permite a los desarrolladores de Gramps usar un método formal de seguimiento y resolución de su reporte. Debido al gran volumen de correo electrónico que reciben los principales desarrolladores, siempre queda una posibilidad de que un mensaje de correo electrónico se cuele sin tratar. Utilizar la herramienta de seguimiento de bugs garantizará que se trate tu problema.

No se recomienda el envío directo a la [lista de correo de bugs de GRAMPS http://lists.sourceforge.net/mailman/listinfo/gramps-bugs GRAMPS Bugs mailing list].

Solicitar mejoras

Las mejoras se pueden solicitar bien mediante las listas de correo gramps-users o gramps-devel o bien [creando una entrada de característica http://bugs.gramps-project.org/] en la herramienta de seguimiento de bugs. Preferiríamos que las solicitudes importantes se enviaran al sistema de seguimiento de bugs. Debe cambiar a Project: Feature Requests en la esquina superior derecha y seleccionar Report Issue. Como en el caso de los bugs, esto nos permitirá hacer un seguimiento formal de la solicitud.

  Discussions on using GRAMPS. Medium traffic.

• gramps-bugs (unsubscribe/subscribe, archives)

  Filing and tracking of bugs in the software. Low traffic

• gramps-windows (unsubscribe/subscribe, archives)

  Issues specifically related to GRAMPS on Microsoft Windows. Medium traffic.

• gramps-devel (unsubscribe/subscribe, archives)

  For issues relating to software development. Medium traffic.

If the Sourceforge site is too slow to your liking, use the copy of the mailing lists stored on nabble.com.
