If you use Gramps 3.2 (trunk), then you will need to make a couple of changes to [http://cagegramps-addons.ugentsvn.besourceforge.net/viewvc/gramps-addons/~bmbranches/variagramps32/placecompletion_1_2.tar.gz placecompletion_1_2.tardownload/PlaceCompletion.gz]addon. For example, here is a [[Place_completion_tool#For_GRAMPS_3.2|patchtgz]] that will allow it to work.
