Add usage note about browser window resizing, and feature request.

The generated HTML file <code>DescendantSpaceTree.html</code> can be published to a web server, or simply opened locally with a web browser or file explorer (Edge, Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Opera, etc.)
If you resize your browser window, be sure to reload the web page to ensure that the entire canvas space can be utilized by the space tree graph. Most web browsers have a reload button, or use the keyboard shortcut key Ctrl-R or F5.
The keyboard shortcut to reload the web page may be different depending on the browser you use.
The person chosen as the {{man label|Center Person:}} option will be displayed in yellow, and immediate descendants are expanded. Basic information about the selected person is shown on the left.
