The {{man label|‘Restart where you were last working’}} aka RestoreHist (Restore History) addon allows a portion of the {{man menu|Go}} menu can be made to persist between restarts of Gramps. This addon causes Gramps to restart on the same view and object where Gramps was previously closed.

==Usage==

* Once this addon has been installed it adds no new menus or Gramplet, but allows the last six [[Gramps_Glossary#object|objects]] visited to be found via the {{man menu|[[Gramps_{{man version}}_Wiki_Manual_-_Navigation#Go|Go]]}} menu.

==Issues==
If installed then you can manually clear the stored state by finding and deleting <code>/gramps60/plugins/RestoreHist/hist_save.ini</code>  file from the [[Gramps_{{man version}}_Wiki_Manual_-_User_Directory|user folder]] (the <code>~.gramps</code> folder or <code>%Appdata%</code> folder in Windows).
